The first pic of what I have done (cut it apart). Now I need to glue it back together as shown in the second pic (TB on opposite end). I have ordered some industrial plastic glue that says it is good for glueing difficult plastics including nylon. It is solvent and heat resistant. I'll see if it is any good on some test samples tonight.
