Well I tested the glue I bought on my small test sample. After 24 hrs I tried to break it. Took several hard whacks with a hammer to break it. Best results out of any of the epoxies I tired. So I went ahead and made the first glue.The Glue I bought is a 2 part epoxy from Devcon called Plastic Welder II. It says it is good for glueing nylon 6.6 which is a common material for intakes.Increasing the glue joint is a good idea. I'll look into doing that.
